Philip holds a P 402 certificate of competence in carrying out asbestos surveys for the presence of asbestos containing materials (ACMs). This enables us to provide clients with asbestos survey and advice services which are independent of treatment, removal or air monitoring services.
Surveys are carried out in accordance with the guidelines contained in HSE document HSG 264. The results are normally provided in both hardcopy and access database fromat. This enables the client to comply with their asbestos management duties in accordance with Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2006.
In addition to asbestos surveys of buildings in continued use we offer type 3 surveys for buildings which are to be demolished.

Our electronic storage of survey records allows Property Services Managers with extensive property portfolios, for instance Local Authority or Housing Associations, to access the management information they need, quickly and easily. Using local intranets also allows the information to be accessed across an organisation efficiently.
